Urgent Care
We are available for same-day urgent care for your pet when your pet’s condition is not life-threatening. If you feel your pet needs to be seen immediately, please click on the “book now” button to schedule a same day appointment for your pet.
We are not a 24/7 pet emergency hospital. We are experienced and equipped to handle emergencies, but if your pet requires overnight veterinary care, we would recommend your pet to a nearby 24/7 animal emergency hospital.
Pet urgent and emergency care includes:
- Trauma (e.g. hit by car, animal bite wounds, falls, gunshot wounds, lacerations)
- Eye injuries
- Irregular breathing, shortness of breath, prolonged or heavy panting
- Severe or sudden onset of pain
- Weakness or paralysis
- Blood loss
- Broken bones
- Difficulty giving birth
- Toxin or foreign object ingestion (i.e. sock, toy, etc)
- Facial Swelling
- Vomiting or Diarrhea, especially if they have become bloody
- Heatstroke or heat exhaustion
- High fever
- Snake bites
- Seizures or other neurologic signs
- Inability to urinate or defecate
