All of us at Dallas Animal Urgent Care Center welcome you to our hospital. We are accepting new clients, and are honored you have chosen us to treat your pet. We promote a relationship with our clients built on education and trust. We will provide modern veterinary care to your pet along with client education in our new, warm friendly animal hospital.

Walk-In Pets Welcome!

We accept walk in patients and provide drop-off service. Please do not hesitate to visit our clinic during our business hours if your pet needs wellness care, vaccines or any other veterinary care.

Same-Day Appointment Policy

We are available to see pets by same-day appointment. Please use on our online booking tool to schedule your pet’s appointment. You may call us, too, if that is preferable to you. Emergency cases may take precedence over regularly scheduled appointments, so an occasional appointment delay is inevitable.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call us at 972-910-2890 as soon as possible.

Patient Arrival Policy

Accompany your pet inside when you come for their appointment. However, all dogs must be on a leash and all cats must be in an appropriate cat carrier.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Debit, Care Credit, Scratchpay and pet insurance.
